presented by the Vermont Lodging and Restaurant

Executive Chef Jason Gelineau. By using only
the freshest products available and powered with
remarkable creativity and passion Jason and his
team will ensure your celebration is truly memorable.
Every function is carefully planned through client
meetings with Christopher and or Linda and department
managers.

the day of your event our highly trained professional
servers will impress you and your guests with
their efficient and unobtrusive care and attention.
Standards
are very high here and as such our facilities
are accredited to the standards required for Culinary
internships by the New England Culinary Institute.
